Yes another NFL post boys and girls.
Here are my predictions on the upcoming season.
Division standings
AFC East: 1. Patriots 2. Buffalo 3. Jets 4. Dolphins
Patriots shouldn't have any problems winning this division even if the unthinkable happened and Brady went down to injury. Favre should give the Jets a boost but I think Trent Edwards takes a big step in his second year and helps the Bills stay in second in the east.
AFC South: 1. Colts 2. Texans 3. Jaguars 4. Titans
Colts with Manning, Dungy, Wayne, and a healthy Harrison are a "duh" for first. I know picking the Texans over the Jaguars will get a double take from many but if Shaub stays healthy they have a shot.
AFC North: 1. Steelers 2. Browns 3. Ravens 4. Bengals
Big Ben should be able to do enough to win this division. Even though Pittsburgh has one of the hardest schedules in history they shouldn't have much trouble in the division. The Browns should be able to play the same as last year, meaning they should be good enough to just miss the playoffs. Ravens have big question marks at Qb, though I hope Troy Smith does well and is given a fair shot to start, and the Bengals are having issues it seems. You have to feel for Palmer.
AFC West: 1. Broncos 2. Chargers 3. Raiders 4. Chiefs
The broncos led by Cutler are looking better and better every year. Cutler is a season or two from being one of the top Qbs in the league and the Broncos could have a real chance to knock the Chargers down if the Chargers start off slow again this season. The Chargers when completely healthy are on the same level as the Pats, Colts, etc but can Rivers and LT stay healthy this year? LT probably but Rivers has me nervous. If LT goes down, Turner is no longer there to back up him up. The Raiders may be an up and coming team if Mcfadden can be the same back he was in college and Russell can continue to grow as a quarterback and a leader.
NFC East: 1. Dallas 2. Washington 3. Giants 4. Eagles
Dallas should be able to hold off the toughest division in football and stay on top. Romo is solid and TO should have enough in the tank for one or two more good seasons. The Skins this preseason are looking good(i know its preseason but still) and if Campbell can limit his mistakes they should be able to grab second and a wildcard. I have the Giants over the Eagles because of Mcnabbs injuries the past few seasons. If he can stay healthy then he might be able to get the Eagles into 2nd but if he goes down again they are in trouble. The Giants are the defending champs but last season they got hot in the playoffs. They just barely made the playoffs and with the target on their back that all defending champions have they may struggle this year.
NFC South: 1. Saints 2. Bucs 3. Panthers 4. Falcons
Saints offense looks scary again. Tampa may be able to challenge for the division but how much does Garcia have left. The Panthers every year seem to be the sexy pick for the superbowl and don't seem to do much of anything. They should be good enough to stay ahead of the Falcons who could be starting rookie Ryan at QB.
NFC North: 1. Packers 2. Vikings 3. Lions 4. Bears
This was a tough division to figure out. Honestly the Packers or Vikings could take the division if their quarterbacks step up. The bears could win the division if Orton can limit mistakes and play like Grossman two seasons ago, though I don't think he will. The Lions are what they are, the Lions.
NFC West: 1. Seahawks 2. Cards 3. 49ers 4. Rams
Seahawks win this by default I think. The Cards have a lot of talent but never seem to do enough to make the playoffs. The 49ers may have a shot with new coordinator Martz and some fresh wideouts but its gonna come down to the play at qb. A lot of question marks there. If Jackson doesn't show up for the Rams then they may have trouble winning three games.
AFC Wild Card: Chargers and Texans
NFC Wild Card: Redskins and Vikings
Super Bowl: Patriots over Vikings
Regular Season Mvp: Drew Brees
There you have it. My predictions for the season.

Bills second in the AFC East? That's a homer pick if I ever heard one. Still, I wouldn't rule it out.
Picking the Texans to finish other than last in the South is pretty bold.
Yeah Cutler!
You better be picking the Skins to finish second. (Even I'm sadly realistic enough to admit the Cowboys will almost definitely take first.)
Texans in the playoffs. Wouldn't that be something?
Vikings going all the way to the Super Bowl?! I'm afraid that one needs a little more explanation, buddy.
Buffalo finished 2nd last year and I think they will improve enough to hold off the Jets.
The Texans were 7-9 last year. I think this is finally the year they step up, as long as Shaub stays healthy.
Vikings...well I really think that any team that makes it in to the playoffs in the NFC will have a chance. If Jackson can help win some games for the Vikes this year they would have as good a chance as anyone with Peterson and Taylor running and that sick D. If the bears can go with Grossman and the Ravens with Dilfer then why not the Vikes.
